Leo retains his ‘hands on’ approach to construction, which enables him to ensure that everyone on the team – from administration staff to tradespeople – understands and delivers on his high standards.

Leo maintains oversight of every project, and is committed to building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. These relationships are at the root of the success of every Elite project.

Nathan Cunningham

General Manager – Development

Nathan is responsible for the day to day management of the Group’s development activities. This includes for site acquisitions, master planning of new developments, project delivery, as well as sales and leasing activity.

Nathan has negotiated a number of substantial contracts for the Group and is committed to growing the portfolio and delivering on Eilte’s enviable reputation.
